“Besides the sharp drop in demand, the leap forward in supply have undergone the market conditions unimaginable complex and we can claim that the current conditions is truly competitive, from what that the figures show now supply over demand is more than five times this means that existing units are working only at 20% of the capacity. It is basically not economic. The arrival of new partners to the carton industry with advanced machinery promises the increasing of the packaging products quality and the possibility of export development in the future. But the ratio of supply to demand is so unbalanced that there is a fear that the employment crisis facing the industry in the future is not so far away. So it seems that the respected authorities in the Ministry of Industries and Business should pay more attention to this. They may need radical revision of the permit process to be established” he continues.

The Mihan Carton Company noted the serious development of the carton industry of the country in 2015-2016 and said that many of the colleagues of carton manufacturing has allocated a part of their development plans to paper production and the number of sheets of paper manufacturers have also attempted to develop their own equipment more.

“Fortunately, qualitative approach and product diversity can be seen in most of these projects which is very joyful. Obviously, improving the quality of carton manufacturing and generally cellulose packaging one of the keys to the development of non-oil industrial exports and this is directly related to the quality of paper used by carton manufacturers. If this paper is supplied within the country, on the one hand, it prevents the offense outflow of currency and on the other hand by the development of the country's export the currency revenues will increase. So, to access to this it is necessary to emphasize and advise that producers should also pay more attention to make papers from virgin fibers and plan reliable programs for that.”
